We can continue to offer our services to our customers under strict guidelines.
We would ask that customers check their own temperature on the day of the call, you should also have no loss of taste or smell.
We would ask that a window or doorway to the kitchen area be left open to aid ventilation.
We will always wear a face covering
when on your property and would ask that customers do the same.
We can only wear the face masks that are issued to us and not a mask supplied by you the customer, we also don't wear two masks at one time NHS England a very clear on what we should be doing as a business.
We would ask that only the cleaner is in the kitchen area for the duration of the clean.
On completion of the clean we will wipe down any contact areas with a good quality disinfectant including door handles.
We accept payments online, cash or card on the day.

Objective: To maintain social distancing wherever possible while performing work in the home.
It is recognised that for providers of some in-home services, it will not always be possible to maintain physical distance from customers.
If it is not possible to maintain social distancing guidelines (2m, or 1m with risk mitigation where 2m is not viable) while working in the home, then extra attention needs to be paid to equipment, cleaning and hygiene to reduce risk.
Working materials, such as tools or domestic appliances, should be assigned to an individual and not shared if possible. If they need to be shared, they should be shared by the smallest possible number of people.workers are not able to drink Tea or Coffee offered by the customers.
Steps that will usually be needed:
Discussing with households ahead of a visit to ask that social distancing guidelines (2m, or 1m with risk mitigation where 2m is not viable) are maintained between workers and householders, if possible.
Asking that households leave all internal doors open to minimise contact with door handles.
Identifying busy areas across the household where people travel to, from or through, for example, stairs and corridors, and minimising movement within these areas.
Your oven must be in full working order for us to be able to clean it.We are finding that some ovens that we arrive to clean have serious electrical faults, fans not working, faulty elements etc, in all these cases we will not be able to clean your oven, however we can arrange for a national domestic services company to repair your unit for you, a standalone oven with a non working fan would cost £119, please ask for a quot for your unit
